Why teach about Bitcoin?
The world needs better solutions. Billions of people lose purpose to broken financial systems and a future that feels uncertain. Bitcoin offers hope — freedom, opportunity, and a fairer way forward. By teaching Bitcoin, you empower others to take control of their future, support their families, and build stronger communities. You don't have to be an expert to start — just willing to learn alongside your students.
Why teach with us?
We make it easy: a complete, open-source curriculum, free certification, and a global network of fellow educators. Everything you need to start teaching — proven materials, ongoing support, and a community that has your back — without reinventing anything or selling a thing.

FAQ
Do I need to be a Bitcoin expert to teach?
No. You need a solid understanding, not deep expertise. That's why the path begins with taking the Bitcoin Diploma as a student — it brings everyone to the same baseline. After that, the ETP equips you to teach it back.
Is there a cost to become an educator?
None. The diploma, the educator training, and certification are all free. We believe education shouldn't sit behind a paywall — especially the kind of education that helps people escape predatory financial systems.
How much time does the training take?
The diploma is ten weeks. The ETP adds four to six more. After certification you teach at your own pace — one cohort a year or one every month, it's up to you and your community.
Can I teach in my own language?
Yes. The curriculum is translated into 40+ languages and growing. If your language isn't supported yet, our translation community will help you add it — and your first cohort can become the pilot.
What support do I get after certification?
You join a global community of educators with regular calls, a shared forum, updated materials, and direct access to the MFB team. First-time cohorts are mentored by experienced educators so you're never teaching alone.
How do you keep educators independent?
Educators are volunteers, not employees. They're not paid to promote anything, and they're explicitly trained to keep the classroom product-neutral. Any educator who breaches that is respectfully removed from the network.
