Why Support Us?

A Proven, Field-Tested Track Record

We don't just theorize; we execute. From issuing the world's first public school Bitcoin diplomas in El Salvador to inspiring and assisting nationwide educational rollouts, our curriculum has been refined by teaching tens of thousands of students in real-world classrooms.

Global Scale with Grassroots Efficiency

By open-sourcing our materials and building a global network of independent educators, our funding scales exponentially. A single grant doesn't just fund one classroom — it fuels a decentralized node of teachers who go on to educate entire regions across multiple continents.

Fixing the Root Cause of Economic Vulnerability

Traditional aid often treats the symptoms of economic hardship. We address the root cause by providing structural financial literacy. By teaching the mechanics of sound money, we equip individuals with the critical thinking skills required to build generational wealth and resilience.

Empowering the Next Generation of Leadership

Our focus is on creating self-sustaining educational ecosystems. We train local teachers, empower community leaders, and provide the open-source blueprints necessary for communities to take ownership of their own financial destiny long after the initial funding.

FAQ

Are you a registered non-profit organization, and what is your legal status?

Yes. "My First Bitcoin" is an official, US-based 501(c)(3) registered non-profit organization. We operate with full legal compliance, allowing US-based donors to benefit from tax-deductible contributions as permitted by law, while providing maximum institutional credibility to our global supporters.

Is there a minimum amount or a maximum cap for donations?

No, there are no limits. We welcome contributions of any size, from grassroots micro-donations to large institutional grants. As long as the funds can be successfully transferred via Bitcoin (including the Lightning Network) or traditional fiat currency, we accept them with deep gratitude.

How are the donated funds utilized?

Donations are used directly to build and maintain the educational infrastructure, platform, and open-source resources needed to scale financial literacy worldwide. We empower local, independent projects across the globe by providing them with the high-quality tools and curricula necessary to teach Bitcoin effectively within their own communities.

How do you ensure transparency and accountability regarding funded grants?

We hold ourselves to the highest standards of financial integrity. We provide regular updates, operational reports, and clear tracking of our milestone achievements, ensuring our institutional partners and community donors can see the direct, real-world impact of their generosity.
