After four years of building, what began as a small local project became a global movement. In 2025, we transitioned from leading Bitcoin Education locally to Empowering communities worldwide to reclaim sovereignty over their money and their lives.
Education that Empowers goes beyond concepts. It is about critical thinking, responsibility, long-term vision, and sovereignty. By teaching what money is and what Bitcoin represents, we help communities restore agency over their future.
Our reach expanded from 28 to 39 countries, welcoming 28 new communities teaching locally and connected globally. More than 3,500 students and nearly 100 educators were trained through in-person, online, and self-paced programs in 2025.
We will always be independent because of you. All our programs are free, impartial, and from the community to the community. In 2025, we launched new Open Source initiatives including:

Modular Learning Pathway: Programs like the Bitcoin Diploma and Bitcoin for Kids are being redesigned for better modularity and personalization using AI-powered translation and adaptation.

Nostr-Based Platform: My First Bitcoin is building a decentralized education and community platform on the Nostr protocol. This platform will use Bitcoin “Zaps,” badges, and gamification to incentivize learning and boost community growth.

Global Unconferences: The organization plans to host 5 unique Unconferences across at least three continents, including events in Argentina and Kenya.
